Arlington School Board Says “No” to PLA Disaster

The Arlington County School Board voted unanimously (4-0) to approve the construction of a new $140 million career center. The board debated the merits of a Project Labor Agreement on the project, due to significant pressure from unions and activists. The PLA, however, would have delayed the project by more than a year.
